Tivo used to give me a very rich amount of detail on the show.
But if I want to go back and finish watching the show, there doesn’t seem to be any way to back out of the library and keep watching the current show.Ĥ) There seems to be a lot of missing information regarding episode summaries, first air dates, actors, etc. Why can’t I just filter out shows I’ve recorded?ģ) If I’m watching a show but then hit the back button to look back at my library, the show keeps playing. For example, if it records one episode of Seinfeld, I have no idea which episode it recorded because it shows all eight seasons and I have to search through each season looking for the one DVR episode, skipping through all the VOD or HBO Max options. But on my Ipad, it’s a completely different experience.

I’ve tried setting the HD settings to both auto and 720P but it doesn’t seem to make any difference.Ģ) The interface on my LG TV seems fine. Maybe not quite that bad, but not really that far off. On YTTV they seem blurry, almost like SD from 20+ years ago. When I watched TV shows that were originally broadcast in HD (example Everybody Loves Raymond), they were quite sharp on FIOS. But a few things stand out that concern me:ġ) The picture quality is not nearly as good as FIOS. I’m about 48 hours in to using YTTV after being a FIOS customer for 20+ years with various TiVo devices.
